Goldgroup Announces Date of its Annual General and Special Meeting

Vancouver, British Columbia (July 4, 2018) - Goldgroup Mining Inc. (“Goldgroup” or the “Company”) (TSX:GGA, OTC:GGAZF, BMV SIX:GGAN.MX) announces it will hold its Annual General and Special Meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”) on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at 10:00am (PST).

Due to unforeseen delays, including with respect to the review and approval process relating to its stock option plan, the Meeting was delayed from being held within six months of its financial year end, as required by TSX rules. The Company has requested and received an extension from the TSX to hold the Meeting on July 11, 2018.
